2. Course Registration Guide
- Log in to the Sehan University portal with your student ID and password.
- Navigate to “Integrated Academic System” → “Course Management” → “Course Registration Management.”
- Search the list of available courses and select the ones you wish to enroll in.
- Course registration schedules may vary depending on student year and status (e.g., new, current).
- After registration, students must confirm their course list and make changes if necessary during the adjustment period.
- Courses with low enrollment may be canceled; students affected must register for alternative courses during the designated period.
3. Leave of Absence
Students who are unable to attend classes for more than four weeks due to unavoidable circumstances must submit a leave of absence request for approval by the university president.
• Once approved, the student’s visa will be canceled regardless of the
remaining validity period.
• The student must leave Korea within 15 days of approval.
• Remaining in Korea beyond this period is considered illegal stay.
• Students on leave must return their Alien Registration Card (ARC) at
the immigration counter when departing Korea.
4. Re-enrollment
- Re-enrollment Process
– Submit a re-enrollment form to your department (for undergraduate
students) or to the Graduate School Office (for graduate students).
– Check the university website or with your department for the exact
submission period.
– The department or Graduate School will review and approve your
re-enrollment. - Visa Issuance for Returning Students (D-2 Visa)
– After re-enrollment is approved, request a Certificate of Admission f
rom the Office of International Affairs.
※ Required Documents:
Passport copy, re-enrollment form, bank statement (KRW 16,000,000 or more), one passport-sized photo, ID and household registration, transcripts, certificate of enrollment, certificate of highest academic degree, tuberculosis test result.– With the documents and certificate, apply for a D-2 visa at the
Korean Embassy or Consulate in your home country.
– Visa requirements may vary, so please confirm with the local embassy
or consulate.
– You must enter Korea before the start of the semester.
– Within 90 days of arrival, register with the local immigration office
and apply for your Foreign Registration Card.※ Note: Students on leave must re-enroll within one year (two semesters). The re-enrollment form must be submitted within the designated period before each semester.
